What to include
- For help: the version of Sopycat (shown in Settings), what you were doing, and what happened instead. A screenshot of a message helps, with anything private covered.
- For a key: the email address you bought with. The key itself is in your receipt email and under your orders at our store, so you need not send it.
- For an office: how many people, whether you pay by card, invoice or purchase order, and whether IT needs the security overview first.
We answer in English, by email, from the same address. Nothing you send is used for anything but your question.
A problem report from Sopycat is a file you save and attach to an email yourself; Sopycat never sends one on its own.
